29 CFR  1910.134(c)(1):A written respiratory protection program that included the provisions in 29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1)(i) - (ix) with worksite specific procedures was not established and implemented for required respirator use:  a) At 3906 Cragmont Drive, Tampa, FL 33619, Non-Sterile Hazardous Lab: On or about 02/28/2025, the employer exposed employees to respiratory hazards, in that, N95 masks, half-face and/or full-face respirators were required to be worn while working with sulfuric acid, testosterone, and progesterone, but the employer had no written respiratory protection program.
