On a new residential construction, at a temporary jobsite located 73 Duck Hawk Point , Lot 56, in Saint Augustine, FL 32092: On or about February 25, 2025, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards in that fall protection, was not utilized by employees, while performing framing work.
