29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   a.  On a new residential construction, at a temporary jobsite located 117 Heritage Pines Way, Lot 18, in Saint Augustine, FL 32092: On or about February 26, 2025, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards, in that fall protection was not utilized by employees while performing siding work on a 6/12 pitched roof at approximately 14 feet in height.

On a new residential construction, at a temporary jobsite located 117 Heritage Pines Way, Lot 18, in Saint Augustine, FL 32092: On or about February 26, 2025, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards, in that an A-Frame ladder was placed horizontally to serve as a platform for employees to conduct siding work on a 6/12 pitch gable at approximately 14 feet in height.
