29 CFR 1910.213(d)(1): Circular handfed crosscut table saw(s) were not guarded by an automatically adjusting hood which completely enclosed that portion of the saw above the table and above the material being cut: On and before February 25, 2025, the employer did not ensure the Craftsman 10-inch table saw, Model No. 137.415020, Serial No. RST2027, was guarded by an automatically adjusting hood which completely enclosed that portion of the saw above the table and above the material being cut. Employees used the saw to cut various pieces of wood as part of the maintenance tasks when installing cabinets or performing repair work.
