Location: Worksite a) While standing and working on the makeshift wooden platform with fall hazards of over 20 feet. b) While balancing, carrying, and installing fascia boards with fall hazards of over 20 feet. c) While using the unguarded window as the point of access to and from the makeshift wooden platform with fall hazards of over 20 feet. On or about February 26, 2025, employees were exposed to fall hazards of over 20 feet while performing framing and siding activities, where the employer did not ensure that fall protection was in place, by any means.
