29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): A program of frequent and regular inspections of the job sites, materials, and equipment was not made by a competent person: a) Job site, 1010 Ohio River Boulevard, Avalon, PA: On or about February 26, 2025, during electrical line repair work, the employer did not ensure a system of hazard recognition and abatement was implemented at the site. Deficiencies noted during the inspection included, but were not limited to, failing to have all employees working on electrical systems put their own personal lock on the power source, not using fall protection where falls of up to 20 feet or so existed and not using proper fall protection while working around a roof hatch.
