29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Employees were not provided with eye and face protection equipment when machines or operations present potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents: On February 26, 2025, employees performing construction activities such as but not limited to roof shingling were using Metabo pneumatic nail guns without the use of eye protection. Coyoy RMZ Roofing LLC, now dba DC Roofing LLC, was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.102(a)(1) , which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1702463, Citation 1, Item 2 and and was affirmed as a final order on 4/23/2024, with respect to a workplace located 314 Country Club Parkway, Maumelle, AR 72113.
