29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(1): Employers did not have a safety data sheet in the workplace for each hazardous chemical which they use: a) 1391 Speer Blvd., Denver, CO 80204: On or about February 27, 2025, the employer did not ensure employees had access to Safety Data Sheets for the chemicals they were required to use. Employees were exposed to hazardous chemicals while working with Commercial Grade Quikrete, Mason Mix. Note: The requirements applicable to construction work under 29 CFR 1926.59 are identical to those set forth in 29 CFR 1910.1200.

29 CFR 1926.20(b)(3):Machinery, tool(s), material(s), or equipment which was not in compliance with the applicable requirement(s) of 29 CFR 1926 was not prohibited, and/or was not either identified as unsafe by tagging, or locking the controls to render them inoperable, or physically removed from its place of operation: a) 1391 Speer Blvd., Denver, CO 80204: On or about February 27, 2025, the employer failed to ensure the tools and extension cords employees were using were in compliance with the applicable requirements of 29 CFR 1926. Employees were exposed to electrical shock hazards while conducting brick repair activities while using a COSENSE Technology (GP8000E Generator).
