29 CFR  1910.95(c)(1):The employer did not administer a continuing, effective hearing conservation program as described in 29 CFR 1910.95(c) through (o) whenever employee noise exposures equal or exceed an 8-hour time-weighted average sound level of 85 decibels measured on the A scale, or equivalently a dose of fifty percent:  a.) File Folder Department, Association for Vision Rehabilitation and Employment, Inc., 174 Court Street, Binghamton, NY 13901, on or about 3/11/2025; A packer was exposed to a continuous noise level at a 195.4% dose of the OSHA permissible exposure limit. The equivalent dBA for the 195.4% dose is approximately 94.8 dBA calculated as the 8-hour time weighted sound pressure level for a sampling period of 464 minutes. A zero increment was used for the 16 minutes not sampled.  Employee was wearing hearing protection. The employer did not administer a hearing conservation program.   b.) File Folder Department, Association for Vision Rehabilitation and Employment, Inc., 174 Court Street, Binghamton, NY 13901, on or about 3/11/2025; A packer was exposed to a continuous noise level at a 135.4% dose of the OSHA permissible exposure limit. The equivalent dBA for the 135.4% dose is approximately 92.2 dBA calculated as the 8-hour time weighted sound pressure level for a sampling period of 443 minutes. A zero increment was used for the 37 minutes not sampled.  Employee was wearing hearing protection. The employer did not administer a hearing conservation program.
