29 CFR 1926.300(b)(2): Moving part(s) of equipment exposed to contact by employees or which otherwise created a hazard, were not guarded: a- 196 Old Marlton Pike, Medford NJ: The company worksite Foreman and their workers were exposed to amputation injuries when operating a portable, gasoline powered air compressor whose pull start recoil starter had been removed exposing an unguarded, rotating spindle. Condition observed on or about 02/27/25.
