On or about February 27, 2025, at 226 St. Nazaire, Broussard, on the northside of the site; employees performed framing work on an unprotected edge six feet or more above the lower level without fall protection.

29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(1):Where portable ladders were used for access to an upper landing surface and the ladder's length allows, the ladder side rails did not extend at least 3 feet (.9 m) above the upper landing surface being accessed On or about February 27, 2025, at 226 St. Nazaire, Broussard, LA on the northside of the site; employees performed framing work using an extension ladder that was positioned in a way that allowed the rails to extend more than three feet above the upper landing surface.
