29 CFR  1910.147(c)(4)(ii)(B): The energy control procedures did not clearly and specifically outline the steps for shutting down, isolating, blocking and securing machines or equipment to control hazardous energy:  a) Our Mutual Friend, 2810 Larimer Street, Denver CO 80205: On or about February 27, 2025, written procedures for the control of hazardous energy did not include specific procedures for clearing jams from the canning machine, which uses electric and pneumatic energy. Employees are exposed to caught in hazards while reaching inside of the energized machinery to remove misaligned or underfilled cans.
