On or about February 28th, 2025 the employer did not provide a safe means of access and egress for employees who were using an inoperable door held open by a ladder as a means of access and egress. Note: Because abatement of this violation is already documented in the case file, the employer need not submit certification or documentation of abatement for this violation as normally required by CFR 1903.19.

On or about February 28th, 2025, the employer did not develop, implement and maintain a hazard communication program for employees engaged in car washing and quick lube operation. Employees utilized products such as but not limited to detergents , soaps, acid, solvents degreaser, waxes, motor oil, antifreeze, and transmissions fluids. Products such as antifreeze, cleaner and degreasers are corrosive and contains ethylene glycol, ammonium bifluoride and Hydrofluoric acid. Note: The employer is required to submit abatement certification for this item in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19.
