On or about February 27, 2025, at 4700 Honey Ridge Lane, Merritt Island FL: employees were exposed to a 10 foot fall hazard while conducting roofing activities on a 4:12 pitched roof, in that, fall protection was not used.

On or about February 27, 2025, at 4700 Honey Ridge Lane, Merritt Island FL: the employer did not prepare and maintain a written fall protection training program certification for employees exposed to fall hazards of 10 foot while working on a 4:12 pitch roof.
