29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): Such programs shall provide for frequent and regular inspections of the job sites, materials, and equipment to be made by competent persons designated by the employers. a) On February 27, 2025, the employer failed to ensure that frequent and regular inspections of the job site were conducted to identify and correct fall hazards. As a result, two employees, performing siding work on a residential structure at a height of 10'10'' feet without using a fall protection system, were exposed to a fall hazard. The roof pitch was 4/12.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): "Residential construction." Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels shall be protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system unless another provision in paragraph (b) of this section provides for an alternative fall protection measure. a) On February 27, 2025, the employer failed to ensure that employees used a fall protection system while performing siding work on a residential structure. As a result, two employees, performing siding work on a residential structure at a height of 10'10'' feet without using a fall protection system, were exposed to a fall hazard. The roof pitch was 4/12.
