29 CFR  1926.1053(b)(22):  Employees using ladders were carrying objects or loads that could cause them to lose balance and fall:  a) 215 Red Schoolhouse Road, Chestnut Ridge, NY (aka 80 Summit Road, Chestnut Ridge, NY) - East Dormitory:   On or about 2/27/25, employees manually carried objects/loads such as but not limited to cardboard boxes (containing metal electrical boxes) which could cause them to lose balance and fall while descending a job-made wooden ladder in order to bring them from the 2nd floor the 1st floor work area.   Because abatement of this violation is already documented in the inspection file, the employer need not submit certification or documentation of abatement for this violation as normally required by 29 CFR 1903.19.
