29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1)(iii): The employer did not ensure that at least one entrance of sufficient area was provided to give access to the working space about electric equipment 600 Volts, nominal, or less. Panel room: Pallets of charcoal were stacked in front of the panel room inhibiting access to the panels in the event of an emergency. Employees were exposed to fire and electrical hazard.
