OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm, including severe burns, to employees in that employees were exposed to fire, flash fire, or deflagration hazards from the return of exhaust air from the outdoor dust collector back into the building: a) At the establishment, adjacent to the baler, on or about February 28, 2025 - A Camfil Farr Gold Series Dust Collector was used to collect combustible dust from the baler system. The dust collector was located outside and returned exhaust air back into the building exposing employees to fire, flash fire or deflagration hazards.
