29 CFR 1926.152(f)(3): Flammable liquids were used where there were open flames or other sources of ignition within 50 feet of the operation: a) 22464 Hummingbird Road, Ellendale, DE 19941: On or about 2/28/2025, employees were exposed to fire hazards when a flammable liquid being used to remove foam insulation was ignited by an electrical source causing severe burns.
