29 CFR 1926.602(c)(1)(vi): Industrial truck(s) in use did not meet the applicable requirements of design, construction, stability, inspection, testing, maintenance, and operation, as defined in American National Standards Institute B56.1-1969, Safety Standards for Powered Industrial Trucks. a) Lot #124 Anchors Run Development in Lewes, DE 19958: On or about February 28, 2025, 2 rough terrain forklifts (Care Lift Zoom Boom/JLG Sky Trak) were used in a framing operation hoisting materials to the roof area of a newly built single-family home while not having a seat belt, all nameplates and markings were not maintained in a legible condition, missing fenders, multiple fluid leaks, and missing battery (1 battery on site for 2 forklifts) .
