29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems. On or about February 25, 2025 and at times prior thereto, at a commercial construction site, a fall protection system was not utilized while employees performed framing work at heights of six (6) feet or more above a lower level. Hull Associates was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number1716394, citation number1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 08/15/2024 with respect to a workplace located at 760 Airport Boulevard, AUSTIN, TX 78702.
