29 CFR 1910.140(c)(18): Personal fall protection systems were not inspected before initial use during each workshift for mildew, wear, damage, and other deterioration, and defective components were not removed from service: a) On February 28, 2025, at 1300 38th Street NW in Fargo, ND, an employee was exposed to fall hazards while using an order picker truck and wearing a harness that had a damaged leg strap and was not removed from service.
