29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1):The employer did not ensure that each affected employee was using eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles. At a new commercial worksite located at 6160 SW 169 Hwy, Trimble MO -- Employees engaged in framing duties were not wearing eye protection while using pneumatic nail guns, hammers, portable skilsaws, and other various hand tools. This exposed employees to getting shrapnel and/or debris in their eyes causing injury. This was documented on or about 2/4/2025. Rangel's Stucco LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.102(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1705429, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 12/08/2023, with respect to a workplace located at 15649 W 168th Ter, Overland Park, KS.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1):Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems. At a commercial worksite located at 6160 169 Hwy, Trimble MO -- employees engaged in framing duties were not using any personal fall arrest system / fall protection. This exposed employees to fall hazards 20 feet to ground level. This was documented on or about 2/4/2025. Rangel's Stucco LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1705392, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 12/08/2023, with respect to a workplace located at 15649 W 168th Ter, Overland Park, KS.
