29 CFR 1926.502(d)(17): The attachment point of the body harness was not located in the center of the wearer's back near shoulder level, or above the wearer's head: a) Site Wide - On or about March 3, 2025, employees working on a residential roof were exposed to fall hazards ranging from approximately ten (10) feet to twenty-five (25) feet because they were using climbing harnesses that were not anchored in the back near shoulder level or above the wearer's head. G.M.J. Pimentel Roofing LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 29 CFR 1926.502(d)(17), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1671870, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on October 17, 2023, with respect to a workplace located at 613 Cornfield Way, Dallas, PA 18612. Corrected During Inspection.
