29 CFR 1926.201(a): Signaling by flaggers and the use of flaggers, including warning garments worn by flaggers did not conform to Part VI of the Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices for Streets and Highways, 2009 Edition, December 2009 (including Revision 1 dated May 2012 and Revision 2 dated May 2012) - see 1926.6: a) In the roadway in front of 614 Federal Street, in Milton, DE 19968 - both North and South bound lanes: On or about 2/28/2025, employees were exposed to multiple hazards including but not limited to struck by/ caught in hazards while conducting flagging operations that did not conform to Section 6E.07 to stop traffic and facilitate large dump bodied vehicles could enter/exit the site.
