Pulleys, any parts of which are seven (7) feet or less from the floor or working platform, shall be guarded in accordance with the standards specified in paragraphs (m) and (o) of this section. Pulleys serving as balance wheels (e.g., punch presses) on which the point of contact between belt and pulley is more than six feet six inches (6 ft. 6 in.) from the floor or platform may be guarded with a disk covering the spokes. On or about March 4, 2025, at an establishment located at 1800 North Point Drive, in Stevens Point, Wisconsin; the back side of the Bell Howell Mail Processing Machine, Model Ascender 16, Serial Number: A584850/0485A was an exposed belt and pulley drive used to power the driver rollers to move envelopes exposing employees to caught in between hazards.

On or about March 4, 2025, at an establishment located at 1800 North Point Drive, in Stevens Point, Wisconsin; the employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemical in the workplace was labeled, tagged, or marked with the products identity or with information on the hazards of the chemical within. In the Mail to Print Area, a 55-gallon drum used to collect waste ink was not labeled with the identity or the hazards of the chemicals.
