29 CFR 1904.39(a)(2):The employer did not report within 24-hours a work-related incident resulting in in-patient hospitalization, amputation or the loss of an eye. (a) Connecticut Junior Republic Associate dba CJR, end of walkway to parking lot on campus; On or about February 11, 2025, the employer learned of an employee hospitalization due to a slip and fall on ice which caused an employee to suffer a broken femur in their left leg. The employer reported the hospitalization to OSHA on February 21, 2025.
