OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1):The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to a crushed-by hazard: On or about March 3, 2025, an employee was exposed to crushed-by hazards while operating a rotary-blade, riding lawn mower on a large expanse of green-space that was wet with morning dew and with a slope greater than 15 degrees. The mower was used on this expanse of sloped grass to mow both alongside and above the top of large, concrete culverts.
