An employee sustained an amputation to his pinky finger while removing plants that had clogged the conveyor and was wearing gloves as required when the glove was pulled into the conveyor. b) On or about March 05, 2025, and at times prior, employees were exposed to caught-in and amputation hazards in that, the employer did not ensure in-running nip points on horizontal belts on the belt conveyor in the Peyton 1 staging area were fully enclosed.
