29 CFR 1910.219(f)(3): Sprocket wheels and chains that were seven (7) or less feet from the floor or platform were not enclosed. (a) Transfer Chain: On March 4, 2025 and times prior to, employees transferred boards from the head saw to the edger/gang saw. The rollers drive chain and sprocket were not guarded on the transfer chain exposing employees to a caught in hazard. No abatement certification required.
