29 CFR 1926.502(b)(2)(iii): Intermediate members, when used between posts, were more than 19 inches (.5 m) apart New Construction, MacCorkle Ave SE: On March 4, 2025 and times prior, employees were installing drain openings on a roof that measured approximately 13'9" above ground level. Employees were utilizing a framed parapet as means of fall protection. The framed studs that were used as intermediate members between posts of the parapet had alternating distances with a maximum opening of approximately 32 inches. No abatement certification or documentation required.
