29 CFR  1926.1053(b)(1):Where portable ladders were used for access to an upper landing surface and the ladder's length allows, the ladder side rails did not extend at least 3 feet (.9 m) above the upper landing surface being accessed:  On or about March 4, 2025 at 11176 Barrington Blvd, Parma Heights, OH 44130, the employer failed to ensure a ladder to gain access to the landing area extended three [3] foot in that the ladder was only one [1] rung above the roof line and employees had to climb through it.

29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that each affected employee used appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles:   On or about March 4, 2025 at 11176 Barrington Blvd, Parma Heights, OH 44130, the employer failed to ensure employees utilizing a Metabo HPT Pneumatic Nail Gun model type NV 45AB2 to attach shingles to a roof was protected by eye/face protective devices in that employees were wearing no face protection.   Sanabrias Brothers Construction was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1499065, citation number01, item number 001 and was affirmed as a final order on November 24, 2020 , with respect to a workplace located at 1733 Granger Road, Medina, OH 44301.
