29 CFR 1910.132(d)(1): The employer did not assess the workplace to determine if hazards were present, or were likely to be present, which necessitated the use of personal protective equipment: (a) Techniques LLC, 10854 Leroy Drive, Northglenn, Colorado 80233: On or about March 4, 2025, the employer did not conduct a workplace hazard assessment to identify hazards and determine the necessary personal protective equipment (PPE) when utilizing a motorized buffing machine to debur metal components.
