29 CFR  1926.416(a)(1): The employer permitted employees to work in close proximity to energized, unguarded, and ungrounded electric power circuits that the employee could contact in the course of their work:    296 Hancock St., Springfield, MA:  On or about March 4, 2025, two employees were roofing this residence with an active, live, and unguarded electrical service drop wire, which was in close proximity to the work area. The wire was draped over the roof and employees were required to duck under it to pass under the wire and in the course of their work.
