At a temporary worksite, located at 5541 Dairy Farm Rd. Lot 413, Jacksonville FL: On or about March 04, 2025, the employer exposed employees to struck-by eye injury hazards, in that protective eyewear was not utilized by employees while using Pneumatic Nail Guns and Metal Hammers for soffit installation.
