29 CFR 1926.59: Note: The requirements applicable to construction work under this section are identical to those set forth at 1910.1200 of this chapter. 29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(6)(ii): Product identifier and words, pictures, symbols, or combination thereof, which provide at least general information regarding the hazards of the chemicals, and which, in conjunction with the other information immediately available to employees under the hazard communication program, will provide employees with the specific information regarding the physical and health hazards of the hazardous chemical. On or about March 4, 2025, at a jobsite located at 1800 North Point Drive, Stevens Point, Wisconsin; the employer did not ensure the container of a cleaning chemical was labeled, tagged, or marked with the product identified and works, pictures, symbols, or a combination thereof, which provided information regarding the hazards of the chemicals.
