29 CFR 1910.132(f)(3)(iii): The employer did not retrain employees when inadequacies in the affected employee's use of PPE indicated the employee had not retained the requisite understanding. On or about February 25, 2025, at bay four line one of the main production building employees were operating a glass polishing machine and did not retain the requisite understanding of the hazard of handling mirrored glass.
