29 CFR 1926.21(b)(5): Employees required to handle or use flammable liquids, gases, or toxic materials were not instructed in the safe handling and use of these materials and made aware of the specific requirements contained in 29 CFR 1926, subparts D. (a) Worksite: On or about 1/14/2025, an employee was exposed to struck-by, burn, and flammable liquid hazards while working close to a sealed 5-gallon container of Blueskin LVC Adhesive Primer being heated by a BriskHeat Heavy Duty Mid-Temperature Barrel Heater. Under pressure, the lid of the container disengaged, and the primer product was released.
