29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use: (a) 3121 N El Paso Street, Colorado Springs, CO 80907: On or about March 5, 2025 and at times prior, employees were exposed to SaniClean and Star San, corrosive cleaning liquids used when cleaning and sanitizing brewing equipment. No suitable emergency eye wash was available in the brewing area where these chemicals are dispensed and used. This exposed employees to contact with caustic substances. Abatement Note: Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable abatement method is to provide suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing. Reference: ANSI/ISEA Z358.1 Standard for Emergency Eyewash and Shower Equipment
