29 CFR 1917.26(b): A first aid kit shall be available at the terminal, and at least one person holding a valid first aid certificate shall be at the terminal when work is in progress. PBA maintenance site: On or about March 5, 2025, and at times prior thereto, employees conducted various crane maintenance tasks at the Matson marine terminal without having at least one employee with a valid first aid certification in the area. This condition exposed employees to safety and health hazards.
