29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(C): Flexible cords and cables were used where run through doorways, windows, or similar openings: a) Jobsite, 120 Bet-Tech rive, Aliquippa, PA 15001: On or about March 4, 2025, a flexible cord plugged into an outlet (110 Volt) in the shop restroom/cleaning chemical room was run beneath the restroom door and into the shop area. Employees working in the area were exposed to an electrical shock hazard.
