29 CFR 1926.451(g)(4)(i): Guardrail systems were not installed along all open sides and ends of platforms before being released for use by employees other than erection/dismantling crews: a) 301 West Side Ave, Jersey City, New Jersey 07305 The employer failed to ensure that guardrail was installed along the open side and ends of working platform while taken out form work on a mixed residential building under construction. The employees were working at the height of approximately 20 feet from the ground. Violation observed on and about 03/03/2025

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems. a) 301 West Side Ave, Jersey City, NJ 07305 The employer failed to ensure that the employees were protected from falling from leading edges while taken out form work on a mixed residential building under construction. The employees were working at the height of approximately 20 feet from the ground without utilizing any means of fall protection. Constructora Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1724228, citation number 1, item 1 and was affirmed as final order on 11/14/2024. Violation observed on and about 03/03/2025
