29 CFR 1904.39(a)(2): The employer did not report within 24-hours a work-related incident resulting in in-patient hospitalization, amputation or the loss of an eye: Summit Valley Outdoor Solutions, LLC, 568 Old State Road, Oley, PA 19547 - On or about January 17, 2025, the employer did not report within 24-hours to the appropriate OSHA Area Office an incident that occurred with the Kubota X8 Excavator that caused an employee injury on their lower right leg and ankle resulting in hospitalization. No abatement certification or documentation required.
