29 CFR 1926.1052(c)(1)(ii): Stairways having four or more risers or rising more than 30 inches (76 cm), whichever is less, were not equipped with a stair rail system along each unprotected side or edge: (a) On or about March 5, 2025, employees doing framing work on a single-family residential home, ascended and descended a stairway inside the home that did not have stair rails on the unprotected side.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems, nor did the employer demonstrate that it is infeasible or creates a greater hazard to use these systems and develop and implement a fall protection plan which meets the requirements of paragraph (k) of section 1926.502: (a) On or about March 5, 2025, employees were doing framing work on a single-family residential home, at heights greater than 6 feet, without the use of a fall protection system. GAMBRIE'S CONSTRUCTION WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD 1926.501(B)(13) OR ITS EQUIVALENT WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 1552588 CITATION NUMBER 1, ITEM 2 THAT WAS ISSUED ON SEPTEMBER 29, 2021, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 2029 DOVE CREEK, MESQUITE, TX 75150. THE FINAL ORDER DATE WAS NOVEMBER 19, 2021.
