29 CFR 1910.305(b)(2)(i):Each outlet box in completed installations did not have a cover, faceplate, or fixture canopy: a. Shop Floor: On or about March 7, 2025 and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to electrical hazards, in that employees were allowed to operate, walk and work within close proximity of the Ritter Double Sided Horizontal Edge Belt Sander that had an electrical box that did not have a cover exposing electrical wires.
