OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees exposed to struck-by and/or crushing hazards while working on or around a semi-truck.  Jobsite at 485 PROSPECT STREET in PAWTUCKET, RI:  a. On or about 3/6/2025, the employer exposed employees to struck-by and crushed-by hazards while working on or around a Freightliner semi-truck without following adequate safety procedures and ensuring employees remained out of the hazard zone path of travel, forward and/or reverse.
