29 CFR 1910.304(b)(3): A single 125-volt, single-phase, 15- and 20-ampere receptacle installed in a bathroom did not have a ground-fault circuit-interrupter protection for personnel. a) On or about March 6, 2025, in the men's bathroom: employees were exposed to 110 -125 volts electrical shock hazards and fire hazards while washing their hands in the sink, in that, the receptacle located in a wet location was not protected with a ground-fault circuit interrupter. b) On or about March 6, 2025, in the breakroom next to the water fountain: employees were exposed to 110 -125 volts of electrical shock hazards and fire hazards while drinking water, in that, the receptacle located in a wet location was not protected with a ground-fault circuit interrupter.
