229 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: On or about March 06, 2025, on the northwest side of the residential construction, employees were working at heights greater than 6 feet without any form of fall protection while performing framing activities. RGR Roofing Company was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1656120, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on August 21, 2023, with respect to a workplace located at 6420 Toivoa Place, El Paso TX 79932. RGR Roofing was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1642848, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on February 8, 2023, with respect to a workplace located at 6324 Camino Pinon Place El Paso, Texas 79932.
