CNC/Warehouse Area - On or about March 7, 2025, prior written approval was not obtained for the fork extensions used on the Toyota forklift, Model 7FGCU25, Serial No. 04968. b. Middle Warehouse Area - On or about March 7, 2025, prior written approval was not obtained for the fork extensions used on the Toyota forklift, Model 8FGCU25, Serial No. 61187.
