Two wooden break room tables show contamination of 0.137 ug and 0.177 ug.

29 CFR 1910.1026(d)(2)(iv): The employer used the scheduled monitoring option, and monitoring revealed employee exposures to chromium (VI) to be above the permissible exposure limit; however, the employer did not perform periodic monitoring at least every three months: 412 Albany Street, Springfield, MA: On March 7, 2025, and at times prior, the employer performed scheduled monitoring dated March 12, 2008, for painters who use yellow dry film spray that contained chromium (VI), and did not repeat sampling every three months following an overexposure of 16.5 micrograms per cubic meter.
